I got the room went inside and left never to enter the room again. It was a dump. I did not get a refund. I ask for the cleanest room and bathroom. The place smelled. I only went for the pool. It was not working. I would not recommend this place.
One star for technically having an enclosed bed and bath. Still trying to get a refund. Stayed on phone with customer service for 2 hours without an answer...I patiently and politely tried to get another room. No reply to my email... The mattress sunk in and the shower did not work. I paid $65, so competively priced. Could at least have padding and life to the mattress.
It was ok for a few days, not romantic at all... It was a decent roof over our heads for a couple of days.
No microwaves in any of the rooms and service is bad! Management and the people who are employed there do not seem to know what they are doing. My man is a tower climber and we are always on the road for his job. I had gone in at 5:30 in the morning to pay for the next night, he ended up getting told he had to go to another state for the next few days and we tried to get a refund for the $65 night that I had just paid for. We had only been there an hour after checkout time and the Indian manager told us that he could not refund the full money back, only $40. So we paid $15 for about an hour that we were not even there for because we had gone to get food and the cleaning people had not even come through at all by that time. Management needs to become a little more educated and they need to put some cheap little microwaves in each one of the rooms, for people like us, who are always on the road and do not want to spend an arm and a leg going to fast food restaurants or sit down restaurants.
After staying at motels for multiple nights, this has been the nicest motel of them. Large room with a king size bed. Really clean, and standard breakfast. There was a tiny hole in one of the walls, but nothing major. The area was pretty safe as well.
