A cheap and raw place to stay in. Cleanliness was good and so was the location, almost adjoining the highway. Indian store and hotel close by. The staff however was not very helpful if you needed extra help. Swimming pool was good.
The photos of this hotel are misleading. The hotel was run down. We had a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed for 2 nights. The bed spread had stains on it and there were only 2 towels in the room. When we asked for more towels they didn't want to give us any. When they finally exchanged our dirty towels for clean towls, they gave us the rugs instead of actual towels. This hotel seems to be for the local homeless people. When they can scrape together enough money to stay in a hotel, this is where they go. When checking out the pictures of this hotel be sure to look at the ones posted by the customers and not the hotel.
HORRIBLE! I've never had a bad experience at a hotel before and I travel A LOT. I thought I'd give it a try since I was only here visiting family so I would only be at the hotel to sleep/shower and be gone all day. We encountered many problems- We tried FOUR rooms and they all reeked of smoke, cigarette burns in bedding/shower curtains, room keys would not work after the front desk re-keyed the cards multiple times, bathroom floors were filthy, other guests drinking & smoking hanging outside at all hours throughout the night!! I reserved non-smoking, but all the rooms smell like smoke no matter what. You can smell others smoking through the vents and when I mentioned it to the front desk, the guy said "they're not supposed to be smoking," but he at least apologized for the inconvenience because we changed rooms multiple times. I will never stay at this hotel again. It's pretty over priced for the lack of care this hotel gets. It gets one star because it's convenient off the interstate & the AC worked at least (oh, and because there isn't an option for 0 stars. :/
This place had a Fair price, it was close to everything, and had a very comfortable bed, however we had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke, the breakfast was 3 choices of cereal, toast, coffee, or an option of a few danishes( I was slightly disappointed in that), and I would recommend wearing flip flops in the hotel room because the carpet is in dire need of a good shampooing. The pool looked in great shape, but we were not here long enough to use it. Overall it is an average place for an decent price. If your looking for a 5 star hotel, I would go across the street. If you are looking for something easier on the wallet and just a place to sleep this is a good spot for that. I mean after all you ARE right by Nashville, who is going to spend all their time in a hotel.......right?
The pool was closed the whole time. We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed and requested a second bed if available. This was for three adults. Our room only had a king bed. No sofa bed, no room for an extra bed. And this was the only room available, even though I booked our specific room a week in advance. I even called to double check that the room had a sofa bed. The only nice things about the place are the walk in shower and small but lovely picnic area, that is described as a garden online.
