That have an excellent housekeeping staff my mother was staying there because she was having his procedure on her knee if they had a housekeeper her name was hope she really went above and beyond her housekeeper duties it took care of my mother they have a very clean and nice hotel the staff was excellent
Great hotel. Clean and new. The extra bonus was Starbucks coffee in the lobby, so no crappy hotel coffee
Very clean and nice hotel! Only stayed one night, but the room was large and clean. The front desk was very hospitable with quick check in. The cafe assisted when needed as well. Pool was nice and well maintained.
Nice location that is close to many conveniences. Bed was comfortable; front desk staff excellent. Rooms are incredibly spacious, but this may be an older building because you can easily hear others walking around in the rooms above.
Tried to make a reservation over the phone for a suite. They were friendly.... until I said I was traveling with children. Then suddenly a suite with two queen sized beds plus a double pullout bed could not accommodate five people due to 'fire codes'. They tried to claim that the fire department won't allow them to put that many people in a room. I asked why a room would have sleeping space for more than four people when more than four would be against the fire code and she didn't answer, she just repeated that none of their rooms are able to accommodate more than four. It seems to me that they conveniently make this excuse when families with children try to book a room.
