Nice store but for man stuff like tools or lawn equipment there's not that much there compared to other stores.
This place is basically abandoned as of now with about 5 people working there at all times. Me and my Friend did an urban exploration thing here and went to the abandoned photobooth and human resources center there. You could dodge staff for a few hours and then sleep over at the mall if you wanted. Its the nth layer of hell. None of the products have moved off of the shelves since 2015.
The first fridge was damaged, so we didn't accept it. It took forever and the store manager to get a new fridge sent out.
Worst customer service ever. My refrigerator has been delayed 2 time still don't have it and it has been over a month. They will not do anything about it and the customer service people can barely speak english. I will never do business with sears again.
To be fair I am rating sears and the experience more than the store.
I brought a good music box from here back in 70s or 80s!! I was in Miami it sounded so loud I thought you could have heard it in Houston lol!! I hope they don't close this place!! Good clothes here to!!
The only shinning light is the store manager and store salesman we worked with helped us. Sears as a company however lost me as a future customer.
The delivery people finally delivered it, but "didn't have room to take our old fridge" (even though it was part of the order and we paid for them to take it). They said they would come back, 2 days later we finally put it on craigslist and got rid of it.
We went to buy a fridge and have it delivered.
