I enjoyed my experience there and I was glad that they was open up to 9 this particular Sunday night instead of closing at 7 but I made a purchase of shoes and then I made uppers for more of the purchases that I hadn't planned on making but I did find Droid my experience and the salesperson was very nice and very helpful
I was disappointed. The dressing rooms were labeled so poorly it took me forever to find one. When I did the latch on the door wouldn’t close. Felt like poor consideration for customers. The clothing selection was way less then other Macy’s I’ve been to.

Its the holiday season and there was only 2 people working and one of the ladies was new. So one on the register and one new looking for shoes. The line was extremely long. Thank GOD someone came in on their day off
