An upscale department store offering good selections of quality merchandise. Pricing as expected for designer brands, however, sale events are extremely good times to shop.
Good service, good clearance deals. But employee at watch counter wouldn't take new watch out of box to show it
Its seems theres a shortage of on the sales floor not just this but the Greenhills and Coolsprings as well. Often you have to find them yourself which makes an unpleasant shopping experience. On occasions Ive had the associate walk right pass and not even ask if I needed assistance but I've also had some nice associates that displayed great customer service that represents Dillard's brand. Overall I think customer care across the board could be a reminder to all. I will continue shopping there for now in yhrvhopes that there will be improvements. Thumbs up! Not a critic, just a customer!
