Polite employees. Actually fun place to order food from. Actually heard please and thank you from casher when telling me what to do on if it was a chip or slide. Mary was the cashier.
Have received uneven service at this location. They can be out of what you want. On my last visit they were out of original recipe so I decided to settle for extra crispy, but the server got confused and completely forgot to fill my order. Ultimately she tried to make up for the mistake by giving me extra chicken, which I appreciated, but by then it's just not a pleasant experience overall. Pepsi mixture on the soda fountain was wrong. I told them and when I went to refill it was still bad. Maybe the machine is defective or maybe they ignored me. Either way, not great. On the plus side, the store has been recently remodeled and is much nicer than it was.
Good food but slow, check your to go order
Food was okay but the service was terrible! If you want to be ignored it’s a good place to get a good order of rudeness! My husband and I were ignored at the counter until I asked if they could take our order.. not to mention an elderly couple who did t get all of their order and had to stand at the counter until someone decided to help them..and there were only the two couples in the store! This place needs a manager and some manners!
Don’t get me started with this place. Ordered a sandwich which they said would be 15 minutes because it would be fresh. When I get it it is in a double rapper and literally smashed into a ball. I turn around and go inside and one of the employees wants to argue with me as well as the manager, ended up turning into a scene and I got my money back. No wonder they’re slow I never see any cars there
