These people are rude.They rush you while taking your order. No manners, no "thankyou, have a good day/night". These Goodlettsville fast food joints get worse and worse. Worst customer service ever.
The one I went to off of the interstate 24 in pleasant view Tn was great .the food was hot...hamburger was made just like I order it and the fries were hot. It was so good. The servers were nice and they got the order right . I didn't have to wait.
I go there there several times a week. They're very reasonable for Seniors on a budget
The food was cooked properly and the staff was courteous and friendly. I have friends who worked here in high school and I graduated in '97. Despite a remodel the building still shows it's age, especially the bathrooms.
They remember U when U come in and even what I always get.
Cursed out by drive thru teenaged employee. Talked to another teenage manager about her employee. Manager was scared to confront the employee about his foul language used towards paying customers. Manager also didn't want to take care of the issue and didn't want to give me the number to the owner or corporate office. Will never go to this location again. Customer service at this location is non-existent and the employees dont know how to interact with society.
