Always right and always on time. Prices have been excellent here lately. December 2017
I would give them zero stars if I could! We ordered a cheese pizza. They said it would be ready in 20 min. We went to pick it up 20 min after our call, but it wasn't ready. We waited and waited and waited...an hour and a half after we arrived, we left with our pizza. I asked my husband to leave 3 different times bc it was so ridiculous, but we paid when we arrived and wanted the service we paid for. When the guy finally handed us our pizza he said he'd take half the price off, but was too busy to get our card number. Of course we were never refunded. PJ used to be our favorite fast food pizza chain before we moved to Goodlettsville. Will NEVER return!!!
Stick with delivery only. Great pizza but if you go into your place and order you may hear some fall language. I will still order online or call. But will never come back inside. .
I'm giving two stars because I love Papa John's but other than that I would give a 1. I've called three times and been placed on hold for 5-10 minutes each time only to be hung up on each time. I tried to explain that and I was told to hold and they would be back only to be hung up on.
