Every time I order from the goodlettsville location Domino's... IT IS THE BEST EVER... The drivers are so kind and cool. Smiling and nice. I always order from Domino's because of the great pizza and outstanding customer experience!

I ordered 4 items and only 3 were delivered. The one that wasn't delivered was the Pasta dish for my husband for his supper break. Well, the driver called in and checked on it and they said it was sent with another order to someone else and that another driver was bringing me the missing Pasta dish. Well, I waited, waited and waited.. That driver never showed up..I finally called after it was 45 minutes later. I was told they were leaving out the door with it right then. Now, I only live 10 minutes from their location. It was the same driver that delivered to me the first time and he gave me a free 2 liter Sprite (I appreciate it). Seriously... My husband didn't get to eat his food because it wasn't here. I think they should have made a bit more of an effort to fix this mix-up.
