I bought a ring from Amanda at this store. The service counter person seemed much more interested in simply making a sale than in helping me. She told me she would call and find out about the ring about a month ago, and she has not called me back yet. Trying to pay on the website is a joke. When we were at the store, Amanda put my birth date into the computer wrong, causing me to be unable to log into the website. After talking to customer service on the phone, I was finally able to get the information correct, however the website told me my account was locked due to too many attempts to log in.
I was sold the ring at 0% interest for 12 months, and told by the saleswoman that I could put the balance on a credit card at the end of the 12 months. When the first bill came, there was a billing fee and an account maintenance fee that were add in, without mention during the transaction. Also, there is no option to pay with a credit card on the website.
I rarely write reviews...My husband and I had an AMAZING experience finding the one! I was really impressed by Jeff, the manager. Most of the staff seems great there but Jeff brought it to another level! He helped us with such courtesy. You could tell he wasn't just trying to make a quick sale, he wasn't pushy and gave me ideas outside of the box...It was the full package experience! Beautiful quality jewelry, great service and an awesome lifetime warranty that no one can beat! I've never seen anyone own the same ring YAY! Lol
Terrible quality items. Won't recommended for anyone to buy item here, specially watches. They will break and they won't do much for you after. I'm 100% sure they know they sale crappy stuff and you're the full when you purchase them. I bought a movado watch as a gift for my husband and it felt apart 2 weeks after I got it. All they said was let as fix it. They did and it last it 2 more months and it felt apart again. I would not encourage anyone to get anything here.
Once again, customer service is top notch. Individual care and attention centered around what you are looking for as a customer vs. what they want to sell you as sales people. Felt absolutely no pressure to close the deal. Left with a 1.2 ct diamond at an incredible deal unmatched by their competitors.
