So, I’m not sure how to rate this. Until 11/22/2017, I’d been a loyal customer. Spending $45-70 every two weeks, depending on which services I wanted. However on the fore mentioned date, it was suggested to me by Hannah, one of the techs, and the owner’s wife, that “maybe you should find some place else to do your nails, because you complain too much.” To say that I was appalled would be an understatement. I bumped my nail, as it was drying, as most of us have done, and asked for it to be corrected. She literally snatched the polish out of Philip’s, her husband and shop owner hand. Again, i’d been a loyal customer for over 5 years, and I’ve witnessed her nasty and rude behavior before, but never quite been the recipient...Philip and Natalie are wonderful! Their attitude and understanding of customer service, has been part of the reason I continued to patronize this nail salon. They are also skilled nail technicians. Hannah, on the other hand can be rude, nasty, and quite uncouth! I will not be returning to Nail Trix.
My nail tech was very nice BUT, I got a manicure and within hours it was peeling off of six nails, not little bits, big pieces falling off. A total waste of my money
I asked for french manicure, was told it was $5 more than polish. I decided to go ahead. Polish chipped within 6 hours. White tips were uneven and not properly done. She asked several times if it was okay, but if you do this professionally you would not think this was good work. I should have asked the tech to remove it all and do clear. My fault for paying. My fault for not stopping poor work.
They did a fantastic job on my nails. He had to fix what the last salon screwed up. Both of my thumb nails were crooked bc the salon I went to previously, wasn't paying a bit of attention when he did them. I am very satisfied with the job they did yesterday!! I am just vacationing here, but I will return and when I do, that is the place I will go to!! And it was only $17 for a fill. I gave him a $20 and told him to keep the change. Well deserved tip!!
I've been here a few times. First time I thought they were just rushed and decided to give them another try after having a horrible manicure. The next time I took my mom and mother-in-law to have a girl's day and had a decent experience but neither was happy with the jobs that were done. This last time I got a manicure and my polish started flaking off the very next day. I do not recommend this place. The people are polite and want to help but it's not good quality do not waste your money.
