It's sad to say that they didn't give me good service. She told me one price over the phone and then when I got there it was a different story and not to mention I did bring my own hair. I know the hair isn't that expensive but she could have took the cost of the hair off at least. The lady that braided my hair did what she wanted to do as far as the style of my hair and after she was finished she ask me if it was okay, I thought wow I have been here for 8 hours and you waited until you was finished to say this. I will not go back to this place. I didn't not get my moneys worth and while I heard her tell everyone that was in the shop to come back in a month to get their braids tightened up, she didn't utter a word of this to me. I will admit the ladies and the atmosphere was nice and I really appreciated that. I repeat I will not go back to this place again.

I gave this shop a chance because she is really sweet and she engages with her clients but I will look elsewhere after my last visit (12/16/17).
Love these ladies. They are very sweet and their work is amazing. Had my done for about 2 1/2 months before they started showing signs of wear. Will be going back very soon
The third and last time I got box braids. My appointment was at 8am and she came late, okay no big deal. Upon getting started on my hair, she kept stopping. After I asked her did I need to come back another day, she apologized. Anyways I was pleased with what I could see of my hair. I got home and My cousin realized in the middle there were small cornrows, not individuals.
The second time I went back I got twist again this time they were better than the first time and lasted much longer, however my appointment was at 5pm and there were already two clients there and one stylist. I had to wait an hour and 30 minutes but again I know this happens.
I been to this shop three times. Elizabeth is a really nice person, so I’ll give her 4 stars for that.
The first time I visited this shop I got the twist, they looked nice but within a week I had a few twist come out. I know it happens so I wasn’t too concerned.

Wonderful experience. The owner braided my daughter's hair with box braids. Something that I have never been able to master. She did an amazing job. My daughter is ecstatic!!! The braids are beautiful. She completed the braids in a short amount of time. The prices are VERY reasonable. The owner is so nice and professional. We will most definitely be going back. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a master braidologist with affordable pricing.
