I would recommend AHD for Jon alone but our new shower exceeded our expectations.
Jon did a amazing job with installation and was able to complete the work in one day!! He was polite, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in his work here.
It is beautiful, easy to use, easy to clean and extremely comfortable to use.
We purchased all new windows from American Home Design for a recent home renovation. The company did an outstanding job from start to finish. The salesman Mr. Bill Green honored exactly what he told us in regards to the windows, and the installer Mr. Doyle, was superb in the installation of the windows (it was a lot of windows!!!). He even took time to explain how he installed them, how they worked from both inside to outside and cleaned at the end of each day and was in and out in a few days. The windows turned out beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. Definitely will recommend them and will use them for other future projects.
The crew came out ( 2 on the 1st day and 3 on the 2nd ) and were able to install new windows in the entire house. The replacements look great and hopefully will help with the heating/cooling bill. The entire crew, Jonathan, Leonard, and Karen, did a great job with the installation. We've recommended them to a friend already and will probably refer a few more soon.
Recently had walk in shower put in to replace my out of date bathtub. What a beautiful experience it was. Colton was the contractor on my job and did a marvelous job. It was amazing to watch him work and the expert job he did. I had one problem but nothing he did or I did, simply had a board that did not want to co-operate. Once he fixed that problem he was done in a flash. Probably would have been done quicker if I had stopped asking so many questions. I now have a beautiful walk-in shower. Everyone that I spoke with at American Home Design was very professional and sincerely interested in the outcome of the project.
Update on 12/06/2017: I have had American Home Design replace my front door. Again - excellent service! And they assisted me with obtaining a rebate from TVA.
I went with American Home Design to swap out my garden tub for a shower. Their construction crew (headed by Rick B) came out and did a fantastic job! They kept the work site tidy and were constantly cleaning up after themselves. They were professional through and through.
We contacted AHD by phone and had a sales rep meet us at our new house just after closing. He provided answers to all our questions and we were able to make our choice that day.
I would recommend AHD to anyone looking for a shower upgrade. We are totally satisfied!
Our installer, Jon, came to our home within about 3-4 weeks, which was sooner than we expected. He installed a walk in shower with bench and grab bars for safety.
