Dr. Swilley is one of the most well informed doctors I have been to. I am 57 with multiple health issues and he always addresses them all and gives great advice on how to deal with them. He is knowledgeable of all my medications and their side effects. He is very thorough in his lab results and explaining the results to me. I hope to have hem as my doctor for the rest of my life. I have always been treated with kindness and respect at his office.
The worst dr. I have ever been to. He is so far behind the times, and rude as well. The staff is also rude. I would NOT recommend him to anyone! I agree with Kayla, he does not care anything about his patients or their feelings. Kim made the statement that she has "to deal" with people. If that is the way she feels, she needs to get another job. Yesterday was my last visit to him!
Dr. Swilley is an excellent doctor and, while busy, has a good ear and listens. Kim the receptionist / office manager is awesome and is kind any time I've called. The nurses there are always terrific as well.
Worst doctor I've ever been too. No communication skills and his people skills SUCK! He doesn't know how to treat patients! He told me straight to my face that he doesn't care about my feelings! All he wants to do is preach the bible. He is a doctor NOT a priest! Seems like all he cares about is getting the money each month from his patients. I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy! I wouldn't even give him 1 star but I have to rate it something. I tried to confide in him(because he was supposed to be my doctor) but as he belatedly told me "he doesn't care how I feel."
