We have only been twice now, but this is an amazing place! We used an orthodontist closer to our home for my two oldest sons, and we were not nearly as impressed as we are with Dr.Koen and her staff. I can't believe all they do for the kids- from having hot baked cookies when you walk in to renting out the wave pool for a swim party, these people love their job and the kids! I am very happy with our choice to come to Dr.Koen.

Dr Koen and staff are very friendly and they take time to explain to the patient in a gentle way what is in store for treatment. My son is 14 and is a little apprehensive about braces, but they made him feel more at ease. We also used Dr Koen for older son's braces and his teeth look beautiful!
We LOVE Dr Mary Cay Koen and her staff. They are all just precious, kind and loving. I was a patient 20 years ago and now my daughter is a patient here. None of them have changed a bit in that time, They are all still just as sweet and helpful as when I received my treatment. We would hands down recommend this orthodontics office to ANYONE!
