They estimated that my insurance wouldn't cover $900 of my daughter's services. After the services, they billed me for twice what they estimated. When speaking to them afterwards, they were very proud that all paperwork prior to the service said "Estimate" on it. They should have called me before doing an extra $900 worth of services.
This Dentist is horrible! She tried to do unnecessary dental work on my 4 year old daughter. When my daughter became uncooperative because she was terrified the Dentist wanted to strap her down to the chair with a restraining board and also wanted my wife and I to leave the room. When I told the Dentist that I was uncomfortable with what was going on and wanted to stop in favor of some other options she became incensed verging on unhinged angry and told me that it is unfortunate that I couldn't emotionally control myself for her to treat my daughter. She was abrasive, arrogant, and unprofessional. Additionally I have since taken my daughter to a more reputable pediatric dentist to find out that she didn't need any of the work that this establishment wanted to do. I am also filing a grievance with the state medical board about them. This place my have friendly staff at the front desk and a cool looking play area but they are charlatans preying on unsuspecting parents and their children. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!
I recommend that no one ever go to this dentist. They were hateful. They made my daughter scared to death to want to go to the dentist. They were not gentle at all. Not friendly.. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your money going there.
I haven't been to this place but spoken on phone to make an appointment and this being children's dentistry we would expect a nicer person to respond but the person on ph is rude and arrogant (melissa) I believe. I cancelled the appointment here. If they are so odd on ph to adults, I wonder how good they are as providers or will be with the kids. One other reviewer here has mentioned how the dentist strapped his daughter!! My barely 5 would be scared of dental appointments forever if she did that to her. I am absolutely horrified reading that and would never do that to my child. So no to this place.
