This Victoria's secret location is VERY different than what im used to for this chain and not in a good way at all. Very little service, DIRTY disgusting fitting rooms, clothing rods that were falling apart. Even a WALMART is cleaner and more well kept. Just terrible. I saw plenty of customers so youd think they can afford to do better. I will avoid this location at all costs! *update* I hadn't been sick in years and I now have a cold virus after going to this place. What a yucky place and a disgrace to the brand. Go to Hendersonville or anywhere else really!
If i can give a zero i would. No help at all. And to top it off i spent well more enough and i coulnt get my free item because they where so call out of the item. Thats not my problem. But it was a lesson learned back to Indian Lake
I see why they don't get much business. They have 1 cashier that rings and verify credit cards and does returns all in the same transactions. No one would help her out I felt sorry for her. She had a line of at least 7 people who wanted different types of transactions. She seemed fairly new. But she was really nice and worked through the pressure as no one else helped.
If I could give a zero, I would. I have never seen employees act the way they do, and still have a job. Black Friday morning, not only was the female employee on the floor rude with my family, but other people were in line to complain as well. She shouted at shoppers, rolled her eyes, and threw her hand for people to clear room for her to walk. My mother picked up a pair of socks and was told to put them down. I hoped it was due to lack of sleep, however last week the same woman and the same manager, made shoppers feel unwelcome, and instead of being helpful, they ignored costumers! I will not spend another dollar in that store.
I've bought several times over the years and they have a great selection. Service has detiorated in the shops overall. Better service and people would come back to Rivergate!
