Exelent attention of employees.!!!!.
I have been a Buckle customer for several years, and interacted with many different employees from different Buckle stores. Some of the employees were good and some were absolutely terrible. Those bad ones did not care that I was shopping and never asked me anything or when I asked them it would be attitude. Sometimes when I would call they just acted like it was a pain in the ass to deal with me. However, this is not true for this review! I called just about two weeks ago to give them another chance, hoping the same employees would not be there. To surprise they were different ones! I talked to a lady named Brazil, she was very nice and welcoming to the conversation. She was ready to help me the next time I came in. So I did so last Saturday, and let me tell you it was unquestionably the best shopping experience at a Buckle I have ever had!!! There were three girls there that night, Michaela, Brazil and Crystal. All of them attended to me, we had lots of fun picking stuff out and joking around. I felt like I knew them forever! The best thing was that they have never seen me before and after just a few moments Michaela was all over the place picking stuff out for me in a very enthusiastic manner! They complemented me on how well I modeled the clothes for them because they would "you have to model for us!" I spent way more than planned, but when I left I made new friends and felt important as a customer. I was very happy with my purchase with buyers remorse, plus they honored my military service! I dont know about the other Buckle stores, but I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at the Rivergate Mall Buckle, you will not be disappointed when those three are there! I talked to the manager today, Becka, and talked about my experience, and she is already saying that she cannot wait to meet me! She is a very nice lady as well and very appreciative for me calling and letting her know how good her team is because they are really wonderful ladies!!!! Oh and they are king on stock of awesome clothes!
I just left, just now. To the young lady with the jet black hair, my guy said excuse me ladies to simply ask for assistance. She cut her eye at her customer that she was helping as I wouldn't help him, I was standing right there watching her. We were prepared to spend over $1,000 and took our business elsewhere. So disappointed in your rudeness ma'am, I will not come again. Had a nice selection of clothes though.
I just had one of the best shopping experiences and left with a bag full of fantastic clothes. I was treated like a queen. Can't wait to go back!
