The level of customer service he provided was absolute night and day compared to the other realty management company properties we looked at. The approval process was smooth, and there was no issues with anything during the time we lived there. He always responded to my emails or calls within 24 hours. When we moved out of state so I could accept a job promotion, Todd worked with the property owners, myself, and the incoming renters, so the whole transition process could be coordinated to meet everyone's needs. If you are looking for a home to rent or someone to manage a rental property for you, and you live in middle TN, this company should definitely be the first call you make.
Todd is both timely and professional in his responses, despite the large number of (moronic!) requests we send him! Having just previously dealt with a subpar landlord, I am very happy to work with Todd now and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone I know.
Ever since PMI has been helping our landlords out, it's been a lot easier for my husband and I to get things taken care of around the house when it gets addressed. We have a four year old so our child's safety means everything. Todd has always been on top of things whenever my husband or myself email, text, or calls him. I also love the tenant portal because I can make my payment right over the phone. :)
