Not a bad mall, has all your regular stores to please your shopping needs. Definitely on the downhill slope with Opry Mills being close though.
I like visiting the mall. They have all the fashions my teenage girls like to shop for. The food court is hit and miss. Only because they shops change often. They have an actually arcade now and an Oriental shop where you can find all kinds of knives and swords if you are into that type of thing. The kiosks are a great help especially when looking for a cover for your new phone, they have tons of styles. At Christmas time the place looks great and the younger kids really get a kick out of the whole atmosphere. It is not as grand as it was back in the 80's, but it is still pretty good.
The mall is dying since the opening of the grand ole opry. It used to be a great place to spend time and money but that's not the case anymore... hate to see it lose so much of itself but times changed.
They have been changing and upgrading as of late. The Mall staff is friendly, Security team is cool too. I would like to see some more popular stores open up here.
Dirty, not enough security, not much in the food court, dirty again, anchor stores not stocked even for Christmas! I go to this mall once in a while because it's closer to me mainly for JC Penney and Macy's. I always walk through and the stores aren't worth going to this mall for. My family would rather drive further than go here since it's a waste of time. So disappointed because this used to be a nice mall years ago. I can't believe the mall is still open! Hope they can fix it up. I just feel unconformable taking my small children there especially to the bathrooms. Needs: facelift, security, better stores for all ages, better food court, more welcoming look and fix the rickety carousel!!! Don't take it out, just repair it so it doesn't feel as if it's falling apart. It's been this way for a long time and freaked out my 3 year old pretty bad.
