I've had two packages lost through this post office even though they post that the package was delivered when it wasnt. And they constantly drop off packages at the wrong houses on the wrong streets. Im out about $500 in lost packages that were never delivered when this crooked post office full mrons and theifs said they were delivered
This is the worst post office I have ever been to I live in Goodlettsville so I come here quite often and there has never been one time I come in here and not wait at least 15 to 20 minutes. There is always one person up front to help everyone and that's ridiculous.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a post office. I brought my package up to the lady working at the desk & told her I wanted to ship my package the cheapest way possible. She responded with "we don't provide labels, or tape, that's all on you." Then she waved me on. I explained that I just didn't know which label to use so that it wouldn't be expensive. She then said "we don't do any of that. You have to bring your own tape & your own label unless you want to do priority mail, but that's like, $7.00". I was so shocked that I didn't even know what else to say. I've done the exact same thing at countless other post office locations, & I've always received help. I wouldn't advise visiting this office unless you're looking to get frustrated.
