There is 0 customer service I really don't understand how after 4 emails I get no email back. I'm trying to contact them still because it was a high priced order but this a terribly ran business.
Terrible costumer service regarding online orders. Nobody responded to the email or "contact us" page on the website and it's been a week and a half. When you call the machine tells you to use the email or "contact us" page. When I got no response on those I messaged them on Facebook and they responded and said claimed they would help with my problem but no action has been taken and it's been 5 days since then.
