I've experienced poor and slow customer service at this location. The Hendersonville store is much quicker and friendly faces.
Clearly have no idea what "fresh" means. Asked for a fresh pizza and i get a pizza that apparently just came out... And i pull a muscle in my jaw trying to eat it because its so hard. Seriously? Liars.
Was our favorite out of over a dozen LC's we've frequented. Received ONE 3* pizza in last 4 years. All others were 4-5*, always fresh, always friendly. Even remembered our regular orders.
Took very long and people walking in after us all had theirs first and my pepperoni was burnt
Don't get the deep dish..the pizza was over cooked because they wanted to continue cooking it after the oven broke with it in there. Would of thought they'd offer a fresh pizza since the oven broke...or at least my money back but we have a long drive and the only other pizza place was a take and bake...might of been better off getting that and just heating it up on the engine.
