Me and my family were patrons of signature cleaners for years. They have mixed up a few things but other than that they were pretty good....until recently. I took in a very expensive Item that I had only worn once and they flat out ruined it. There were snags and burn spots (this item was not to be ironed) and when I saw it I was very upset. They took NO responsibility for the incident and on top of it all accused us of leaving a shawl there for 6 months. No one in my family wears a shawl let alone why would that be the main reason for not taking responsibility for the damage? It is beyond me how a business can act like this. The owner and managers said that I brought the dress in ruined and was trying to get money out of them. Now apparently that's what people do but that was not the case. I wore this dress ONLY ONCE for a few hours so there is no way I could have done such significant damage to the dress. I would advise staying away from this business if you want to be treated with respect or care about your clothing being handled with care.
You should review and fix your reviews and problems as a business. I'm looking for a new dependable location for my suit jackets weekly and will not be going to you guys due to your lack of response or care of the troubled guest before me. Business 101
Rude, unprofessional, and certainly unworthy of a dime of my money. We weren't in the facility for even five minutes before we determined we would take our business elsewhere. If ratings for this business included (-) it would allow me to rate this business precisely where it's rating status should be, at least from the prospective of this one-time potential customer who will never darken the door of this business ever again.
