They will charge you for the conversation length with your doctor, and then over charge you above what your insurance will cover. I went in for a simple sinus infection, after three years of no health care. I just got medical insurance. I was not looking for a primary doctor, oncologist, or mental health provider.....but if you have any history they choose to review with you....you will be billed for the length of the conversation. I just went in for a simple sinus infection. I am a registered nurse, and they should retrain their doctors to focus on the topic we are presenting as the payor. So much inflated prices for insurance, but when i had no insurance it was a low flat fee as advertised. Total BS. This is my opinion. I will never return.
It's run pretty efficiently - I've had to wait far longer at most health clinics. Pleased with the care received.
My experience was perfect!!! The sign in ahead thing online is wonderful...very short wait that way!! My NP , Shea, was awesome...they don't come any better!!!! Highly recommend this clinic!!!
