I have purchased several pieces. The quality of furniture is very good. It is high quality at very competitive pricing. The customer service is excellent IN THE STORE. However, the minute you walk out just know your furniture will take longer than quoted to arrive. They won't call you to let you know this but you need to keep your receipt handy to constantly check on arrival date. You are also responsible for calling them to find out the 2 hour window of when your furniture is to be delivered. Also, when you call them they will be extremely brief on the phone, often cutting you off.
We went to B.F. Myers just to look around. We came out buying 2 couches, 1 huge soft sectional, and 1 huge leather sectional for a price that no other competitors could touch! What a surprise. Now I just need to get them to Dallas TX to enjoy in my new home.
Took my mother here she'd had a bad experience at another store where they like to sell furniture by the roomful & upcharge for everything. The associate here, Mitch Bailey, was very kind and gave her time to look around & find something she liked without someone "nattering at" her. When she found a couch she liked, he told her its good qualities and she decided she wanted it. They offered an excellent warranty that covers just about everything, and interest-free financing. They were even able to deliver it the next day! Mitch was very considerate of her the whole time we were there, and made the experience much more pleasant for her than she'd had elsewhere. When I'm ready to buy new furniture (and it won't be long because I went cheap before) I plan to buy it here & I hope Mitch is available to help me pick it out. I hate high-pressure sales. P.S. They have an outlet store across the street next to the showroom, but check out the main showroom before making any decisions.
The staff was also wonderful very helpful and didn't overcrowd us.
There is a friendly knowledgeable staff here. They are very reasonably priced and offer free delivery. If you go in ask for Marcy, she helped me when I bought my couch and she was great!
We had found a lovely bedroom suite as well as some office furniture at another well known store in town but wanted to stop in to BF Myers before we made the final decisions. Not only did Kathy (our sales associate) show us several other options from which we chose our beautiful new bedroom suite, when we ended up deciding on going with the other store's office furniture, Kathy was able to special order that exact same group for us at a better price the the other store! Kathy and the other employees we encountered at BF Myers were fantastic! We will never go anywhere else to shop for furniture again!
