I ordered a very special arrangement for a funeral and paid $275. It looked nothing like the picture and they used wilted flowers and lots of ribbon for filler. To make it worse the owner was very unconcerned and was rude.

Received a beautiful hydrangea arrangement from my sister in law, but unfortunately half of the bouquet died within 2 days.
