Zero professionalism and the Indian guy belch in front of me. he just say UPS!! And they did not know how to send my parcel out of the country. They had to call the manager by phone to ask for help. i went to FedEx and they do the job on 5 mins.
I've never once had a bad experience with this ups store here. So I don't know what everyone is giving this store bad reviews. Excellent staff. I get in out within normally 5 minutes.

I had some gifts to send for the holidays, and the gentleman who helped me couldn't have been more helpful, taking the time to calculate a range of different options to help me save money. I ended up using good old USPS, not UPS, which surprised me, given that this is a UPS store. And I was completely satisfied with the prices for both packing and shipping. Good to know they're there for my future shipping needs.
Just rude, the Indian man acted like i knew nothing. Pretty much just should have called me stupid instead of acting like i was.
