This is a food equipment service company covering middle Tennessee.Most of their techs are on drugs and the person in charge (Andy Winslow) is someone you DO NOT want to do buisness with. He lies to customers, employees and recently, the new owners. His wife and son work there as well and whatever lie has to be told to protect the 3 salaries WILL BE TOLD

VERY disappointed. Our business was approached by Mid South as a "we can do it all" company - we were beyond excited. We contracted them to replace the floor in a hallway. After two days of working on it, I come into work and find THIS .. a note saying "please do not step on glued areas" There was GLUE left on the floor preventing anyone from accessing the back door to take out garbage or our dryer that is located at the end of the hallway. When I contacted Mid South early that morning about this unacceptable situation, I was told they would try and have someone there that AFTERNOON. I ended up laying 12 feet of tile MYSELF to cover the glue so the floor could be walked on ..
Don't hire this company . This company has bed service i ever seen my whole life
I was referred to this company from a mutual friend. I received same day appt within the hour that I called. The technician was really friendly and professional and fixed my HVAC problem quickly and at a great price. They will be my 'go-to' company from now on.
We had Mid-south Maintenance come out and get us a quote to replace an exterior door someone had broken into. They came out at the beginning of May to get us a quote, it was approved but they never ordered the door or followed up with us. Andy Winslow was our contact but he never returned phone calls or emails. When we called to ask what the status of our door order was, it turned out that they had never ordered the door and today is June 23. Now it takes 3 weeks to get the door we ordered in so here we are a month later and they still haven't gotten the issue taken care of. Use them at your own risk.
