Took both my truck and wife's car in for a full set of tires on both vehicles. Took great care of us. Felt very comfortable sending my wife there by herself.
Our holiday vacation saved thanks to Zac, Nick, and all of the other kind employees at this NTB! Saturday 5:30 pm on NYE weekend - we were driving through Nashville on our way home and still had 5 hours to go - our van engine light came on and our engine/front tires started making weird sounds. We came off the highway and most service locations were closed. We stopped at 4 service centers asking for help - at all places, the place was closing or the technician/diagnostician had gone home so couldn't get help. Stopped at NTB and their technician was about to go home, but agreed to look our van over to tell us what the problem was. Zac Puckett, the Service Manager and Nick the mechanic went BEYOND - they checked the engine codes, looked in our engine and found !! mice nests!! which they cleaned out. They took the time to talk to us asking us what we had experienced, heard, when the van last had service, gotten gas, etc, plus took it out for a drive - they immediately found that one of our tires was about to come off!! They tightened that and checked over all the other tires. Then again took it out again and checked everything over. Thankfully no other issues were found and we were able to continue on our way thanks to their efforts. We greatly appreciate their taking us on at the end of a Saturday workday, plus their time talking with us and thoroughly checking things over. By the way— took this to our dealership for a full inspection 2 weeks ago, and they missed all of this!
I absolutly love this location and the staff. I took my car here once and have been back to this location ever since for all of my car needs and do not plan on going elsewhere. no matter the issue or the question the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly! Wait times are great and honestly the cheapest prices available. Everytime a friend or a coworker or even a complete stranger is talking about needing work done to their car National Tire and Battery of Rivergate is always the first thing out of my mouth because lets just face it great service deserves to be shared and talked about! Keep up the EXCELLENT work gentleman!!!!
Great customer service, competitive pricing, and fast reliable service. The employees are always willing to help get us in when we need it most, and are never pushy. I always feel like they suggest only the necessary work, and know I am getting the best price around! We will be customers for life!
Great store with great prices! Always do great service work on my vehicle as well. Much cheaper tune-ups and flushes than the dealer.
