This place looked like it would be a fun place to have a drink and watch some football but we never got service. When we entered, we were told by one of the servers to sit anywhere. We did as instructed and even though the same server walked by our table multiple times, we were never even greeted. Maybe they didn't have enough servers to take care of us.
Just eat at Bailey's and the food was burnt and not all the ingredients that the menu call for was on the food. Order a cheeseburger and at first they told me they did not have one then one appeared. Wife order Philly cheese and the meat and veggies was burnt beyond eating. Paid and got out. Oh yet the beer was good. Worse meal of the year. Go there to drink not eat.
Would put 0 stars. Came here to eat dinner, got stopped at the door. Need ID to eat. Went back to the hotel to get my buddy's ID. When we returned handed our id's and then was told it was $1 cover charge, paid that then sat down at a table. Got ignored for 20 minutes. I will never come back to this establishment.
I used to come here all the time for years before I had my daughter. Well I went back over the weekend and the service was good a little slow but good. The reason I'm only giving y'all 2 stars is because the amount charged to my card is different than what is on my receipt. Someone changed the tip amount which is why I keep my copies of the receipt until they clear my account. And not only is that incorrect but they charged my card TWICE! I'm calling up there as soon as they open to demand a refund on at least one of the charges considering I didn't authorize it. I'm really disappointed in you Bailey's.
Me and a friend went into Baileys around 11:30pm on a Tuesday night. We chose Baileys because it stayed open later during the week then most bars and because it also serves food. There were about 25-30 people in the bar and they had karaoke going on. The place is huge and had spacious. To begin, we walked in and were not greeted at all. A waitress actually proceeded to clean tables all around us but never acknowledge us. When I finally asked her does someone come to us or do we have to go order at the bar, she informed us that she was off the clock. I then asked the question again and she informed me someone should be over. We sat for about 20minutes before our server Emily decided to come over. Her personality was very flat, and she never told us her name, I got it off of our receipt. We ordered boneless wings with extra ranch dressing, Parmesan fries, onion rings and a shot of gold tequila on the rocks. She brought a silver tequila shot in a shot glass. I advised her I asked for gold tequila on the rocks. She brought back silver tequila on the rocks. I took the drink all the way up to the bar and had the bartender give me what I asked for. When the food came she brought bone in wings with blue cheese and advised me they were out of onion rings. I advised her that we asked for boneless wings and extra ranch dressing and told her I would take another order of Parmesan fries since they were out of onion rings. She brought out the fries and we sat and ate them all before the boneless wings came out. When she did bring out the boneless wings she again brought one small cup of blue cheese dressing. I had to ask for extra ranch dressing. She never ONCE apologized for her mistakes or expressed ANY remorse. This was the WORSE service I’ve ever had anywhere. I was seriously in shock. I thought someone was playing a joke on me, I couldn’t believe how bad Emily was as a server. I almost asked to speak with a manager, but I just really wanted to get out of there. We hurried and ate our food, finished our drinks and left. What a horrible experience. I’ll never return and anyone reading this should BEWARE.
